    1. Agreement

    By creating a Serply account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you are using Serply on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

    2. Service description

    Serply is an AI-powered SEO content platform that generates articles, manages content calendars, runs technical audits, and tracks brand visibility across AI platforms. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.

    3. Subscriptions and billing

    New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin. To keep using paid features after the trial you add a payment method; if you do nothing, the trial simply ends. After the trial, paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (you keep access until then). Refunds are available within 14 days of your first paid charge.

    4. Content ownership

    You own all content generated by Serply for your sites. Serply does not claim any intellectual property rights over articles, content plans, or other outputs created for your account.

    5. Acceptable use

    You agree not to use Serply to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it to your sites.

    6. CMS credentials

    When you provide CMS credentials, you authorise Serply to publish content to your sites on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish to those sites. You can revoke access at any time by removing the site from your Serply account.

    7. Limitation of liability

    Serply is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific SEO results, traffic increases, or AI platform visibility. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

    8. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
